Problems associated with transportation and lack of goods.

 

If the product has been damaged or lost in connection with transportation or if you have received an incorrect product, you should inform this immediately to jessica@essma.fi or by mail:

Notification of defects in delivery or damaged product should be made within 14 days of receipt of goods. If the package has been damaged in the mail, the complaint should be submitted immediately to the mail.
